Terms of Service

1. Service description

VOXTRACT is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to extract data from invoices in PDF, JPG or PNG format and turn them into structured Excel files.

The service is provided 'as is' and may evolve with new features, improvements or changes to the underlying models.

2. Credits system

Using VOXTRACT is based on prepaid credits:

• 1 invoice processed = 1 credit.
• Credits are consumed after successful processing only.
• If processing fails, no credit is deducted.
• A document containing several invoices consumes one credit per detected and processed invoice.
• Credits never expire while your account is active.
• You receive free trial credits when you sign up.

3. Purchase policy

Credits are purchased as packages paid through Mercado Pago. Prices are shown in the currency matching your country before you confirm the purchase.

Credits are added to your account automatically once the payment provider confirms the payment was approved. Pending payments are credited upon approval.

4. Refund policy

• Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
• If you were charged in error or credits were not delivered, contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it.
• If processing fails due to a fault attributable to VOXTRACT, we restore the affected credits.
• Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Upload documents you have no rights or authorization to process.
• Upload illegal or malicious content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the platform.
• Abusively automate the service or circumvent usage limits.
• Share your account with third parties or resell the service without written authorization.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for safeguarding your credentials and for the content of the documents you upload.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating extracted data before using it in accounting, tax or financial processes.

7. Service limitations

Extraction accuracy depends on document quality, format and legibility. VOXTRACT does not guarantee 100% accuracy.

We may apply file size, page count and request rate limits to preserve platform stability.

8. Intellectual property

The VOXTRACT brand, software, interface and documentation belong to their owners and are protected by law.

You retain all rights over the documents you upload and the data extracted from them.

9. Liability disclaimer

VOXTRACT is not liable for accounting, tax or financial decisions made based on extracted data that was not verified by the user.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the previous three months.

10. Account termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or put the platform at risk.

If an account is closed for breach, unused credits may be forfeited.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the last update date is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
